TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Rooms are subject to availability without prior notice and subject to black-out dates
2. Valid for new bookings only. Booking orders are required to avail of the special rates.
3. Must be guaranteed upon reservation.
4. Maximum allowable occupancy per room is subject to change depending on the prevailing government guidelines.
5. The third person rate is at Php 2,500 net per person per night and inclusive of breakfast and round-trip land and sea transfers from Caticlan.
6. All visitors of The Lind Boracay are required to pay Environmental and Terminal fees as mandated by the Local Government of Aklan. This will be collected separately at the hotel upon check-in.
7. The guests are responsible for the costs and timely submission of government-mandated travel requirements, which may change without prior notice.
8. Additional 4% is to be included for Credit Card payments.
9. Modification of confirmed Room Booking 2week(s) before check-in date when travel dates fall on low and high season and within 30 days when travel dates fall on Peak will incur a charge equivalent to a 1-night stay.

11. The rates that will be offered will be strictly non-refundable but re-bookable up to 5 days prior to check-in. Rebooking will be allowed until 22 December 2022, subject to availability and except during peak season dates identified by the hotel.
12. Re-booking may result in a change to the overall price of the reservation. Re-booking resulting in a lower price will forfeit the difference from the original payment. Re-booking resulting in a higher price will be subject to rate difference from the original payment.
13. Full cancellation charge - No Show Passenger.

Aklanons, Returning Aklanons (Balikbayan), as well as their children and grandchildren are exempted from Environmental and Admission Fee. Persons under (12) years of age and below are also exempted from paying. Senior Citizens, PWDs and students who are Filipino Citizens are eligible for a twenty (20%) discount.
0-5 years old: Free of charge for both Environmental and Terminal Fees
6-12 years old: Free of charge for the Environmental Fee. Terminal Fee will be charged at Php 100.00 per person / way
